Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our garments.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Accessories (belts, suspenders, hats)
- Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear
The Refined Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
